The Opportunity

A global software company is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to take on a blended role that will also see them touch on Project Management and Product Owner functions. This organisation has a strong Australian presence with the Technology function being primarily based in Australia, this Business Analyst would be joining a high performing team of 5 within a wider IT function. This is a full time permanent opportunity based in Melbourne's South East suburbs with a current arrangement of one day working from home (outside of lock-downs).

The Role

The primarily function of this Business Analyst role is to service Internal Enterprise System projects, providing business analysis, facilitating change requests and process improvement; working with Salesforce, NetSuite and subscription software. The position will also have ownership over a product and will collaborate closely with the development team to contribute to user stories, epics, road-maps and implementation. Finally this role also has a lightweight Project Management function and will work closely with stakeholders and the ELT; managing milestones and meetings.

About You

• Experienced Business Analyst with Project Management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilites, including working with executives.
• Understanding and experience with software, ideally with billing and subscription software.
• Strong business and technical skills and understanding, with the ability to provide dual thinking.
