About the Role
As the Associate Program Director, Data Engineering & Science, you will provide strategic direction and operational leadership across data engineering, data science, and analytics functions. You'll guide the delivery of high‑quality data products, predictive models, and advanced analytics that support organisational decision‑making and long‑term planning.

Key Responsibilities:
Expertise: Python and SQL
- Lead the implementation of enterprise data and analytics strategy
- Drive adoption of data science and uplift data literacy across the organisation
- Translate business needs into a clear roadmap of data and analytics projects
- Oversee delivery of scalable data pipelines, predictive models, and analytics solutions
- Establish strong development, governance, and quality assurance practices
- Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team of data engineers and data scientists
- Ensure compliance with privacy, cyber‑security, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Implement project governance including prioritisation, resource allocation, and risk management
