The Opportunity

A well known Australian organisation is seeking a Agile Business Analyst to contribute to contribute to a project focused on improving customer experience. The aspect of the project is estimated to require an engagement of 12 months and will focus on creating a central data source for all customer details and enabling a centralised communications preference management capability.

About You

• An Agile Senior Business Analyst with the ability to gather requirements, create road maps and manage stakeholders
• Able to liaise with the vendor on detailed requirements & build progress - understanding and managing dependencies between their scope and ours
• Experienced in leading agile ceremonies including stand ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement & showcases
• Strong communicator and collaborative with change managers & test teams
