Key responsibilities

• Maintain a standard, stable and robust Microsoft Active Directory environment, including associated services (AD DS, AD CS, AD LDS, NPS, DNS)
• Design, plan and implement service upgrades to Microsoft Active Directory environment, including associated components
• Undertake problem diagnoses, correction and escalated support of Microsoft technologies across the organisation
• Monitor new releases and patches to operating systems, applications, and make recommendations on implementation and testing strategies

Required Experience:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and associated services (AD DS, AD CS, AD LDS, NPS, DNS) with an understanding of Azure Active Directory
• Demonstrated experience in the planning, implementation, management, configuration and maintenance of Microsoft servers and associated server technologies
• Excellent analytical, investigative and problem solving skills, including the ability to identify solutions to challenging issues
• Strong understanding of authentication protocols Kerberos, certificate based authentication using smartcard, NTLM, and Windows Integrated Authentication
