Account Director

About the Role:

The Account Director is the leader of the operational aspects of the account. Responsible for managing and maintaining as well as winning client commitment to the agency's creative strategy and resulting creative recommendations. Working with all departments of the production and execution of creative, social and digital campaigns through the agency.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with creative, strategy, production, design and account service teams.
• Work closely with pitch and development teams of new business and clients.
• Delivering key creative and strategies for all your clients.
• Work with the team to ensure that the creative briefing process is brought to life and that meetings are a source of inspiration

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience driving and managing creative ad campaigns to a high standard.
• Strong strategic experience i.e writing briefs, delivering comms to the client and stakeholders.
• Building strong in house relationships.
• Managing AE's and AM's prior - some leadership required.
• Sound financial management skills.
• Commitment to the highest standards for the all agencies work
