Senior Test Analysts - Multiple Opportunities (12‑Month Contract + Extensions)

We are seeking four experienced Senior Test Analysts to join a large federal programme delivering a range of software development and sustainment activities. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated, detail‑driven testers who thrive in collaborative, fast‑paced project environments.

About the Role

You will be responsible for manual testing across a suite of business‑critical applications, including:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• .NET applications
• Custom external‑facing web portals
• Power BI
• SharePoint Online
• COTS and bespoke internal systems

Working alongside developers, business analysts, and fellow testers, you will ensure the quality and reliability of key systems used across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct manual functional, system, and system integration testing
• Perform analysis, planning, test design, test execution, and defect management using Azure DevOps
• Develop high‑quality UAT test cases for business stakeholders
• Participate in UAT sessions with technical teams and business users
• Provide clear documentation and reporting throughout the testing lifecycle

Essential Criteria

To be considered, candidates must demonstrate:

1. At least three years' senior‑level testing experience, with ISTQB certification and strong experience testing CRM and browser‑based applications
2. Deep understanding of the full testing process, including planning, analysis, test design, execution, defect management, and reporting
3. Experience working in agile environments using Azure DevOps for defect writing, test case creation, and test execution
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor information to the audience

Desirable

• Experience with modern test automation and emerging AI‑supported testing practices, including GitHub Copilot for test design and automation
• Ability to guide teams on adopting AI‑enabled testing approaches
