Our client is currently experiencing rapid growth and as a result we are looking for a highly motivated support technician to join their Melbourne based team.

The role involves supporting customers and infrastructure based largely on Microsoft Servers and utilising Cisco based networking solutions.

This role will suit someone who has great time management skills, excellent customer service skills and who is willing to work hard and be a part of a young, dynamic and exciting company.

Skills required

• Windows Server 2003 - 2016 - install/support/admin
• Windows Desktops in AD environments
• Exchange 2003 - 2016 - support tasks
• Office 365 experience - migrate/support/admin
• Active Directory, Group Policy
• Some networking skills - switches and routers
• Backup - Veeam
• Virtualisation experience, Vmware - Hyper V
• 3CX experience
• SIP/Voice experience
• Medical Application Experience is a plus

Experience/Requirements

• Minimum 3 Year of relevant IT Support experience
