Job Summary:

• The Project Manager manages and coordinates projects of varying complexity and size, in a multi-vendor SAP environment.
• The role will manage and maintain schedules and plans, risk and issue registers, issue regular status reports relating to progress of projects and where necessary related budgets statements.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage the planning and delivery of SAP projects of varying scale and size
• Develop and implement project management plans to ensure the success of the project
• Coordinate and manage work of a project team to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved
• Regularly communicate with key stakeholders, Customers and other team members to ensure project outcomes are met

Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in managing technical i.e. Platform and dependant Infrastructure projects in a SAP environment.
• Strong background and understanding of SAP technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in establishing project plans and managing their implementation.
• Strong Project Management and Stakeholder Management Skills.
• Demonstrated experience in identifying Key project problems, working with stakeholders to prepare and commit to action plans to address key risks and Issues and ensure they are monitored and managed.
• Established a living Run Book, review and revise it at every stage
• Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels.

Preferred Experience:

• Preferred to have established experience for delivering key aspects of projects within the area of SAP BI, HANA and S/4HANA on the SAP HANA platform.
