Our client is a leading organisation well known across VIC and Australia.

This opportunity seeks a Lead who is a hands-on developer experienced in providing guidance and leadership across Technical Delivery.

You will be versed across both People and Technical leadership; and working across key projects as well as BAU initiatives.

​

To be considered, you will bring the following:

• 5+ years of Integration Development experience across complex projects building Java based software solutions and technical integration solutions (MuleSoft).

• Experienced working across the entire build lifecycle from requirements, solution architecture through to working with API documentations

• Mule 3x / 4x and experience including migration experience

• Extensive Solution Design experience and technical leadership experience

• Proven People Leadership success leading a small - medium sized teams

• Experienced in undertaking coaching, mentoring and goal planning for the team

• You bring a strong knowledge of Development Best Practices, as well as IT Governance practices and able to mentor and champion an efficient uptake across the group.
