The role is requried to provide technical support for the department Oracle Fusion Middleware (FMW) product suite.

Hands-on technical support:

• Application release deployments;
• Middleware environment incident diagnosis and resolution;
• System upgrade and installation planning and implementation;
• Documenting middleware configurations;
• Monitoring and automation management;
• Health checks and remediation analysis;
• Middleware bug analysis and vendor liaison;
• After hours support , on-call roster; and
• SME advice to developers and designers.

Essential criteria

Candidates must have experience in:

• Installation and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Middleware products (OAM/OIM, OSB, SOA/BPM, ADF, WebCenter, BI Publisher, OEM); and
• WebCenter portal , SOA/BPM upgrade experience , managing software currency including patching and upgrades.

• Production incident, change and problem management; and
• Application release deployment and provision of support to application development project teams.

Demonstrated high level of expertise and experience at providing similar services to Government or industry equivalent in the context of services / work required.
