This is a unique contract opportunity with a highly respected client who many of our contractors love working for and enjoy long term engagements.

We are seeking a technically strong Solution Designer to work on various exciting, strategic FinTech projects.

With responsibilities spanning story creation through to producing Integration Solution Designs in a complex software ecosystem, you will be accustomed to working in a small team and ideally as sole-designer within that team.

In being a small team, we are looking for someone who naturally loves going above and beyond for the team.

The right candidate will also bring with them exceptional communications and relationship management skills along with the capability to seamlessly manage stakeholders.


To be successful you will bring with you:

• A background in Banking & Finance, and ideally specifically within the Payments domain - highly regarded

• A background in software development and engineering (.Net & SQL Server environment is ideal, but not mandatory)
• Strong microservice/cloud/API hands on experience across design, development and implementation.
• Solution Design & Software Architecture experience - including multi-tier Software Design experience (including database, business log, integration, APIs, user interface, etc)
• Skilled in complex Integration designs and experienced in automation of processes

• Skilled in requirements elicitation, solutions and user stories assessment.
• Able to consult to various parts of the business
• Previous Pre-sales experience would be highly regarded
• Experienced in working within Agile delivery environments, as well as with tools such as JIRA, Confluence and automated testing languages such as Cucumber.
