I'm currently working with a global retail brand based out of Port Melbourne who are looking for a permanent Service Desk Analyst to provide levels 1/1.5 support on a 3 day per week basis.
This role will have varying shifts with the earliest starting at 6am, and the latest finishing at 9pm.
The technical skills for this role are:
- Level 1/2 Support
- Office 365
- Printer issues
- Application issues
- WIFI issues
- Active directory
- Service NOW tickets
