Currently housing a team of 12+ developers and testers running across 4 scrum teams they are looking to expand their product team with a new Senior Technical Business Analyst. This is ideal for a BA who has a passion for analytical thinking, processes, and technology and has worked in a software business as technical BA before.

About the role

Reporting to the Product Owner, the Senior Technical BA will work across projects that touch multiple lines of business, focusing on process design, requirements and ongoing enhancement and optimisation of solutions. The role partners with key business sponsors and product owners to understand the needs and challenges of the business and shape processes and requirements to support the delivery of business outcomes.

What you'll do

• Create the required deliverables during the Evaluate phases such as Business Requirements, Customer Journeys and Business Cases

• Lead and facilitate the validation of requirements using tools such as data analysis, documentation review, prototypes, demos, and other validation methods

• Develop test scenarios & acceptance criteria based on requirements/user stories

• Facilitate and lead workshops in collaboration with product owners

To be successful in this role you will be able to:

• Lead workshops in collaboration with key stakeholders

• Manage deliverables across several projects concurrently

• Rapidly adjust to new contexts, technologies, and trends

• Foster effective working relationships with key stakeholders

• Assist change managers to understand the impact of new applications

• Have a deep understanding of delivery methodologies, agile dev, testing & release management processes.

• Work with Software products and engineering, QA and UX teams

• Work with vendors for project scoping & cost estimation and leading the requirements stream for RFP's & RFI's

Additionally, it would be great of you have any Agile and BA certifications such as CCBA or CBAP

If you have at least 5+ years relevant experience in similar organisations in a similar role and would enjoy working in a tech focused, fast paced environment as a BA then then this could be the perfect fit.
