About the role
You will play a key role in ensuring the stability and performance of the One Identity platform, supporting day-to-day operations while delivering continuous improvements. You'll also contribute to project initiatives and help transition new capabilities into BAU support.
Key responsibilities
- Support and maintain the One Identity Manager platform (BAU)
- Troubleshoot complex incidents and provisioning issues
- Deliver RBAC optimisation and access control improvements
- Implement enhancements, automation, and platform customisation
- Support Active Directory & Entra ID integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders on solution design and delivery
- Contribute to IAM uplift initiatives and project transitions
About you
You are an experienced IAM professional with strong technical expertise in One Identity and enterprise integrations. You bring:
- Proven experience with One Identity Manager (architecture, configuration, lifecycle management)
- Strong IGA development & integration experience (AD, Entra ID, HR systems, Exchange)
- Knowledge of IAM governance, PAM, SoD, audit & compliance
- Experience working within government security frameworks (ISM, PSPF, Essential Eight)
- Ability to work across teams, mentor others, and deliver high-quality solutions
