Senior developer - Job Description:

Key activities:

• Review current codebase
• Document necessary updates
• Determine approach (one large jump and fix issues, vs incremental updates)
• Implement approach
• Testing
• Coordinate with stakeholder UAT testing
• Coordinate production release
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, code quality, and agile methodologies.
• Manage resources, and timelines effectively.
  
  Qualifications:
  Bachelor of IT/Software engineering (or similar)
  
  Skills:
• PHP
• Symphony
• MySQL
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with cloud technologies and modern software architectures.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  
  Experience:
• 5+ years
  
  Key deliverables:
• All frameworks and libraries updated to current supported versions
  - Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
