ManpowerGroup is actively engaged with a State Government department that is now looking for a dedicated Senior Communications Officer to join their organisation. They are currently looking for someone to manage communications for a state-wide project that includes sensitive and complex matters with diverse stakeholders, audiences and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the project communication and engagement plan to support the objectives of the state department
• Develop communication channels and materials including website content and printed material
• Assist with key messages to help implement process change and instigate behavioral change
• Build strong relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders

About you

• Previous experience as a communications officer within the public sector
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills through verbal and written communications.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work autonomously and to work on collaborative projects
