A senior level Business Analyst, who has the experience and confidence to autonomously navigate across various senior stakeholder level groups and across functional lines, is sought to join this flexible yet faced paced innovative banking environment, and work on multiple projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Solution inception support (business case composition, workshop facilitation support)
• Business and non-functional requirement gathering, analysis, validation, documentation, and tracking
• Business acceptance criteria documentation and tracking
• Solution change management and commercialisation (workshop facilitation, process mapping, Business Impact Assessment composition, change planning support)
• Commercialisation tracking
• Delivery process adherence tracking

As such, you must demonstrate your skills and experience in the following:

• Solid experience as a Senior Business Analysts, including some change management to commercial a banking product
• Strong core Business Analysis skills including process design, requirements elicitation, change management and implementation support, planning and facilitating stakeholder workshops
• Experience in working on mid to large sized projects from within the Banking sector
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work autonomously and own project deliverables end-to-end
• Able to work in an Agile environment with fast changing requirements and stakeholder needs
• Knowledge of/experience in the Atlassian suite (Confluence, Jira)
