Leading government client based in Parramatta is looking for a SAP SRM Developer. Initial contract until end of June 2022 + Potential Extension.

BE A PART OF A LARGE SCALE INTEGRATION PROJECT

As a SRM Consultant you will be responsible for the below mentioned:

• Investigate and/or escalate the remediation of SRM incidents relating to the Department's SAP landscape in accordance with Procurement policies and procedures
• Undertake Level 2 and Level 3 SAP SRM technical support, and where necessary, recommend follow-through with external service providers; collect information and/or escalate recurring problems to resolve performance and related issues.
• Functional and technical expertise to support end users and maintain SAP SRM module in a complex workflow approval determination in a large organisation public sector environment.
• Knowledge of ITIL and/or SAP methodologies and tools, preferably including Solution Manager, Remedy Incident Management, CHARM, HPALM with a strong support background, including end user support, system configuration and testing

To be successful for the role, you will have experience with the below mentioned:

• 6+ years Functional experience working with SRM 7.0 and ECC 6.0 Enhancement pack, Material management, Procure to pay. Deep functional experience in Extended Classic Scenario.
• Level 2+ support role in a highly complex environment for SAP SRM
• In depth knowledge of SAP SRM processes, configuration and design.
• Fiori and HANA experience is a bonus.
• Solid background in established analytical framework, deep understanding of SAP architecture, and ability to work under ambiguous circumstances.
