PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The position is within the SAP Support Group to provide Level 2+ support role in a highly complex environment for SAP SRM in a highly motivated and dynamic team. The role will require in depth knowledge of SAP SRM processes, configuration and design. There is a need to demonstrate your experience with complex analysis, problem solving skills and be able to deal with end users from various background. Fiori and HANA experience is a bonus.

This role requires individuals to bring solid background in established analytical framework, deep understanding of SAP architecture, and ability to work under ambiguous circumstances. Successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and driven by a desire to innovate and challenge status-quo.

Key challenges and influences

• Managing competing priorities, within and across teams with a high volume of work including taking timely and appropriate action to resolve incidents, complete projects and maintain or improve services. This may incorporate work to be undertaken outside normal business hours.
• Worked as consultant on a minimum of 3 end-to-end SAP implementations including all phases of a project lifecycle: analysis, design, configuration / development of SAP Procurement functionalities, training, migration, cutover and go-live support.
• Specialist technical and functional knowledge of ECC HR Organisation structure, concurrent employment, HR organisation structure integration.
• Maintaining current and specialist knowledge in area of responsibility, developing skills and knowledge in other modules, especially SAP HR, FICO, BW, PORTAL and FIORI.

As a SAP SRM consultant you will have experience with the below mentioned:

• 6+ years Functional experience working with SRM 7.0 and ECC 6.0 Enhancement pack, Material management, Procure to pay. Deep functional experience in Extended Classic Scenario.
• Experience with Level 2 and Level 3 SAP SRM technical support, a
• Functional and technical expertise to support end users and maintain SAP SRM module in a complex workflow approval determination in a large organisation public sector environment.
• Experience in Liaising with Finance, HR, Portal, Master Data, Accounts Payable, Reporting and various other school and corporate units to follow-up and resolve incidents maintaining service level agreement
• Knowledge of ITIL and/or SAP methodologies and tools, preferably including Solution Manager, Remedy Incident Management, CHARM, HPALM with a strong support background, including end user support, system configuration and testing
