About the role:
This role is covering a leave of absence, and you will be key in supporting the current project, ensuring it stays on track for delivery in 2022.
- Assist with coordinating and disseminating information to key stakeholders
- Support the administrative requirements to arrange meetings including room bookings/sending meeting invitations.
- Assist with responses to ministerial/briefs or other Executive correspondence
About you:
- You have previous administrative or project support experience within a health environment
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Superior organisational skills including ability to manage and address multiple competing tasks
- Experience in using records management systems
