This company is a large and global organization, who have presence across the globe, and a lead from the front in their field of expertise! They have an impressive and highly successful history, servicing customers throughout many countries, and head officed from Melbourne, this role sits within a close-knit team!

They are looking for an up-and-coming project manager; where you may have operated at an entry level project management or senior project coordinator level, and ready to step up to a Technical Project Manager. You will be tasked with the delivery of a range of infrastructure projects, capable of being hands on as required.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage the transition of a variety of applications and infrastructure to alternative modern (future facing) solutions minimising customer disruption
• Security Program: Work with internal key stakeholders and external vendors to co-ordinate delivery of Modern Desktop and service improvement initiatives.
• Co-ordinate global infrastructure upgrade projects and co-ordination between regional IT Managers and Information services
• Co-ordinate other key projects relating to desktops, networking, AV, firewalls, office updates, O365 and other Cloud (AWS) deliverables.

Skills/ Experience:

• Senior Project Coordinator or Junior Project Management experience, with solid hands on experience in the delivery of infrastructure projects
• Proven technical skills in the infrastructure space (desktops, networks, security, cloud etc)
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Experience in project budget management with a track record of managing budgets up to $1M
• Good understanding of business change and communication required to deliver successful outcomes.
