Project manager- Entity Entity Readiness

Seeking a Project Manager - Entity Readiness - Office 365 Email Refresh Project, in the Infrastructure Refresh Program |6+months contract| based in Chatswood|

Job Summary:

• The role will be responsible to engage our customers to ensure they are ready from a business and technical perspective to be migrated onto our State-wide Office 365 Email service.
• Required to represent the project to the senior stakeholders in the Local Health Districts and coordinate with Technical and support teams.

Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the customer is aware of the change and its implications.
• Ensure that the customer's technical environment is ready (network & desktop) to consume Office 365 Email.
• Work with LHD communications to ensure that the project is communicated within the Health Entity.
• Manage and coordinate to migrate and support the customer.
• Monitor performance and adherence to the Project Schedule.
• Flag any customer related risks and issues to the Project Manager.
