Our leading Government client is looking for a Practice Adoption Advisor/ Change Analyst at Penrith (Werrington South) campus for a 6 months contract + possible extension! APPLY NOW!


Key Responsibilities;

  • The Practice Adoption Advisor contributes to the achievement of all aspects of practice change related to systems and processes.
  • The role is responsible for designing and implementing best practice change management approaches into projects across the University.
  • The role engages with a wide range of stakeholders with different needs and perspectives within a busy and productive service-oriented culture and environment, and ensures support for, and access to, relevant and high quality programs and activities and opportunities.

To be successful for the role you must have;

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and demonstrated practice adoption and change management experience in large and complex organisations.
  • Demonstrated experience and skills in the design, delivery and evaluation of a broad range of technical and process change projects and programs including Software implementation and business process re-design.
  • Demonstrated high level internal consultancy and facilitation skills and the ability to effectively engage, influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in managing projects and programs including high level analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills, and the proven ability to balance multiple competing needs, resources and priorities, and ensure quality outcomes.
  • Highly developed, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present concepts clearly with a sound educational /theoretical basis.
  • Demonstrated research and reporting skills, keen attention to detail, ability to write clearly and concisely, and to produce high quality educational and training materials, project and training plans and reports.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in training or capability needs analysis, instructional or educational design and flexible delivery of learning methodologies, including e-learning.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative partnerships and to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a professional team.
  • Demonstrated high levels of computer and information literacy and practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, e-learning systems, software and tools for designing learning resources and activities.
