Our esteemed Federal Government Agency client is on the hunt for a motivated PEGA Business/Systems Analyst to join their Canberra team. The opportunity on offer is for a contract until March 2022, plus the option to extend for a further 24 months.

What will you do?

This position will see you join a highly proven team to work on the latest PEGA platform. Key duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure applications meet business and end-user requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues
• Review and analyse existing applications effectiveness and efficiency, and develop strategies for improving or leveraging the systems to achieve strategic business objectives
• Use progress against business outcomes, key performance indicators and quality assurance reports to inform overall management, strategic direction, and future planning
• Set direction by contributing and aligning to local business plans and ICT strategies
• Oversee, review and advise on a range of written material, including technical and corporate documentation
• Collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve project outcomes

To be successful for this role, you must possess minimum 3 years experience working as a BA/SA (1+ years Pega focused). Relevant Pega Business Architect Certification is also essential.

Please note, due to the nature of the work, Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
