Work for a leading medical company based in the South-Eastern suburbs as a Service Desk Analyst for an initial 3 month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing IT support to customers across the Asia-Pacific region
• Active Directory Administration
• Ordering, configuring, and installation of new workstations and equipment
• Troubleshooting and resolving IT systems and network related issues
• Deploying, provisioning, relocating, and decommissioning office phone

Technical skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in IT Support
• Experience with Active Directory, MS Windows, MS Teams, Office 365, PowerBI, Adobe products, SAP, and other desktop applications
• Networking experience
• An understanding of remote access solutions
• Experience with: SCCM, Linux, Azure/AWS, SQL, PABX, VoIP (Desirable)
• A demonstrated focus on continuous improvement and process automation (Desriable)
• ITIL concepts & best practices (Desirable)
