Our client based in Parramatta and Penrith is looking for a Support Analyst on a three month contract + extension! APPLY NOW!

About the role:

You will be delivering multi-channel IT support services at a premises level to ensure stakeholders have a good customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist a range of clients by resolving or escalating service problems.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance using a range of products and services.
  • Perform maintenance and installation of new products.
  • Handle numerous support requests at once.
  • Act as a routine contact point between the organisation and suppliers.
  • Monitor compliance and resolve incidents of non-compliance.

To be successful for the role, you must have:

  • Experience using an IT ticket management system (field service and service desk).
  • Experience using a telephone queue management system (service desk).
  • Technical quals (eg, CERT III/IV or similar) and experience in the general area of desktop computing (PC/Wintel, Mac, basic networking, printers, and other peripherals).
  • Experience with audio visual is an advantage, but not essential.
