The skills needed for this role are:

• Active Directory/Secure Cloud Management
• Environment Patching
• Infrastructure Monitoring with tools like ELK/Site24x7/Stackify/Status Page
• Atlassian tools - JIRA/Confluence
• Office365
• CI/CD tools like Octopus/Team City
• SQL Server
• IIS
• Powershell
• Geo Location network experience
• ISO27001
• Previous experience working within a SaaS based environment

Responsibilities:

• Design, drive and execute the Cloud delivery strategy and service.
• Work with and support the product team on the product strategy.
• Manage 24x7 coverage with out-of-hours roster.
• Produce the required infrastructure meeting the company's internal and external Security and Compliance requirements.
• Chair Information Security & Governance Committee meetings.
• Procurement of new hardware (Cloud Based).
• Manage service providers, third party vendors and partnerships.
• IT support for all hardware including PC's/laptops, Phones, network/internet, printers for all staff.
