About the Role

As our HR Manager, you'll be a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted advisor to our teams. You'll lead the full spectrum of HR operations while aligning people strategies with our mission to innovate and scale. From building high-performing teams to fostering a culture of inclusion and growth, your impact will be felt across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and support managers on HR policies, performance, and employee relations

• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with employment legislation

• Lead HR planning, budgeting, and reporting aligned with company objectives

• Manage recruitment and onboarding for tech and non-tech roles

• Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward programs

• Drive learning, development, and engagement initiatives in a fast-paced, digital-first culture

• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the business

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar HR leadership role, ideally in a tech or startup environment

• Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for people and innovation

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment
