About the Role
As our HR Manager, you'll be a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted advisor to our teams. You'll lead the full spectrum of HR operations while aligning people strategies with our mission to innovate and scale. From building high-performing teams to fostering a culture of inclusion and growth, your impact will be felt across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and support managers on HR policies, performance, and employee relations
Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with employment legislation
Lead HR planning, budgeting, and reporting aligned with company objectives
Manage recruitment and onboarding for tech and non-tech roles
Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward programs
Drive learning, development, and engagement initiatives in a fast-paced, digital-first culture
Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the business
What You'll Bring
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar HR leadership role, ideally in a tech or startup environment
Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for people and innovation
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment
