We are searching for a Content Analyst / Knowledge Management Analyst to assist with content writing & content management to drive the increased usage of the internal systems.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the capturing, authoring, refining and publishing of knowledge items such as Knowledge Articles, User guides, Work Instructions and other operational support material to ensure content is current & fit-for-purpose.

Develop accurate easy-to-use knowledge content, and manage the approval process for content development with Service Line Managers and Service Line Owners.

Working closely with internal stakeholders to contribute to the system functionality of the intranet.

Championing and promoting the adoption of self-service options by customers to improve service efficiency and increase customer experience

Experience:

Prior experience with online self-service options or the updating of intranet at an enterprise level

Demonstrated experience in knowledge management and the management of educational content

Ability to understand and present technical and business information to various audiences

Experience with content creation and customer journey knowledge mapping

Awareness of compliance & policy regulations
