Our Federal Government Agency client is on the hunt for a proven Level 2/3 .Net Support/Developer to join their Canberra team. This exciting opportunity is for a contract until EOFY 2021 + likely extensions.

This unique position offers a blend of applications development and L3 support; you will be managing the resolution of application/system issues that are escalated by the L2 team. Your main duties will include:

  • Providing technical support to teams within the organisation, and to external clients when required
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Resolution of defects identified during test
  • Production Tier 3 support
  • Resolving the production incidents and defect associated

About You

You possess prior experience having worked within an Agile project team, alongside the below:

  • Demonstrable experience in .Net web development using C# and Asp.net MVC 4/5, SQL Server 2016, experience with mobile application development, AJAX, JQuery, CSS, and HTML 4/5 and knowledge of latest JavaScript libraries
  • Demonstrable technical development experience developing with the latest .NET frameworks (also .net core) and in-depth knowledge of generics, LINQ;
    • Developing and consuming services using WCF (soap/xml) and Restful (Rest/json);
    • Experience using common development patterns like factories, interfaces, repositories and dependency injection;
    • Experience using Mock Frameworks;
  • Database design, build, package and release experience;
  • Proficiency developing user interfaces that meet Accessibility/WCAG requirements.

Please note, due to the nature of the work, Baseline Clearance is essential.
