We are urgently after a Digital Lead for a high profile project based in Canberra. The role is responsible for the management of the Digital Content Producer as well as supporting the management of their contracted Digital Agency.

This is an urgent requirement due to the nature of the project you will be involved in.

The successful candidate will have:

• Demonstrated experience in managing the on-line strategy of a large consumer business
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven project management experience
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Extensive experience in defining, planning and coordinating online and digital content
• Proven capability in developing and implementing digital strategies to maximise brand support, product development, promotional campaigns
• Ability to facilitate marketing efforts through a variety of digital interfaces
• Proven capability in stakeholder engagement management particularly around client, contractor and stakeholder relationships
• Ability to investigate, analyse, research and provide recommendations on opportunities based around innovative and dynamic communication channels

Desirable:

• Formal qualifications in Technology, IT or related field
• A strong passion and interest in online technology
• An appreciation of evolving technologies
• Experience in working with a creative digital agency
• An understanding of the Recruiting Industry
• Knowledge of the Australian Defence Force environment
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong foresight in emerging technologies that expands beyond traditional marketing methods to the delivery of innovative digital marketing strategies, including but not restricted to: VR, telecommunications, gaming and social networking

The client will consider someone initially on a contract basis as the role is urgent and it it imperative that you are at least an Australian Citizen. Baseline Clearance is highly desirable.
