Delivery Manager

Summary:

Seeking a service-oriented Agile Delivery Manager/SCRUM Master for a 9 months rolling contract, who enjoys taking ownership of their Domain and being responsible for the entire Dynamic 365 solution delivery process.

Role Responsibilities:

• Running team events for a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) each sprint
• Working with the Product Manager to ensure a well-ordered backlog
• Synchronising work between other dependant programs and teams
• Horizon planning
• Removing impediment

Requirements

Security clearance Ability to obtain baseline clearance (Australian Citizenship)

Selection criteria (submit a cover letter explaining the criteria below)

• Demonstrated experience (at least 3 years') experience in agile delivery leadership
• Demonstrated experience in horizon/future planning whilst supporting the team's current workload
• Demonstrated experience in leading Human Centred Design and agile ways of working, as part of an MDT
• Proven ability to problem solve and remove impediments
• Demonstrated ability working hands-on and helping other team members complete tasks when required.
