Our Client and The Role:

Software As A Service Vendor (SaaS) - Global Brand with office in Sydney and Melbourne. Providing Fraud Prevention Services to Mid - Enterprise level clients.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience APAC, you will be a customer champion who is responsible to provide proactive customer engagement by ensuring customers get the best experience service. You will advocate for great customer service and regularly review key customer engagement with other teams to give the best service to our customers.

About the role:

  • Salary range $120,00 to $130,000 Depends on experience
  • You are amazing with customers B2B
  • Previous experience working with client as post - sales customer supper
  • Understanding of urgency and priority handling experience
  • Ideal background, worked as Customer Lead, Support in IT Company (Vendor or Re seller)
  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, comfortable supporting clients via phone or vertical meetings until face-to-face meetings are allowed.

You don't have to have Technical or Implementation Knowledge. This role will seat between managing dedicated accounts after post sale - implementation stage, to make sure clients are happy with service and in case there any technical issues you can coordinate that internally and collect post sale feedback. Coming from IT provider company will certainly help to settle in this role faster.
