Are you passionate about Oracle Service Cloud? Our client is looking for a talented CRM Service Developer to join their no ego team. Our client offers a portfolio of technology solutions that empower real world change.

Working closely with the Team Lead, you will be partnering with developers and project/ product professionals alike in ensuring a robust CRM platform within this company.

This role is suited to someone who loves to drive quality improvements and service.

About the Role:

• 3-year FTC, Open to contract daily rate.
• Provide production support services for all systems related to Oracle CRM.
• Provide ongoing configure support for Service Cloud component.
• Manage environments where Oracle Service Cloud has been installed.
• Collaborate with team members to integrate new and existing services.
• Installation services for customer components of Service Cloud including configuration, code, and data

About You:

• +4 years prior experience in subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant education/training.
• Prior Experience using Oracle Service Cloud to generate business reports.
• Solid understanding to comply with employer policy, practices in all aspects of work.
• Demonstrated experience in Service Cloud using PHP, Oracle intelligent Advisor, Sales Cloud.
• Solid experience with UX design for business applications.
• Excellent verbal, written and Interpersonal communication skills.
