An exciting time to join this team as they are undergoing a period of growth and seeking a permanent Change Manager for a key role in their team, as they look to uplift upon their change capability and maturity, you will provide input to, in addition to hands on business and organizational change management deliverables.

To maximize upon benefits realization, this role is pivotal in consulting to the business at the seed level of project scoping, and providing your expertise in change scoping, whilst working across a diverse portfolio of work, providing inputs to business case and investment funding.

The role is expected to lead the design, delivery and management of internal change, communication and engagement activities as well as providing guidance, tools, and support to help build change leadership capabilities in the areas being impacted by change.

As such, you must demonstrate your experience in the following:

• Previous and relevant experience as a Change Manager (or a confident Change Analyst looking to make a step up to management)
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with any change management certifications a nice to have
• Experience developing and leading effective, human centric and fit for business organizational strategy and large-scale organizational change in a complex environment in new and innovative ways
• Experience in Change Strategy development, to consult to the business in scoping/business case stage
• Excellent understanding of how effective organizational design and business readiness initiatives can support people and organizations to flourish during times of change.
• An outstanding communicator, with strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
