Call Centre Operator

We are hiring up to 4 Call Centre Operators to support the upcoming release of the SMS SenderID Register, a new government initiative.

We are seeking proactive and customer-focused individuals to join the Customer Service team. This role is central to delivering high-quality service to the public and supporting the operations of the SenderID Register.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver responsive and professional customer service across multiple communication channels: phone, email, web forms, fax, and mail

  • Assess and triage enquiries

  • Identify and escalate complex enquiries to relevant internal teams

  • Provide administrative support as required

  • Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures and guidelines
