Call Centre Operator
We are hiring up to 4 Call Centre Operators to support the upcoming release of the SMS SenderID Register, a new government initiative.
We are seeking proactive and customer-focused individuals to join the Customer Service team. This role is central to delivering high-quality service to the public and supporting the operations of the SenderID Register.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver responsive and professional customer service across multiple communication channels: phone, email, web forms, fax, and mail
Assess and triage enquiries
Identify and escalate complex enquiries to relevant internal teams
Provide administrative support as required
Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures and guidelines
