Call Centre Administrator

ManpowerGroup is actively engaged with a state government organisation that is now looking for a dedicated call centre administrator to join their team. This person requires an ability to communicate exceptionally well, have great attention to detail and manage their time well

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high level customer service when responding to incoming calls
  • Report all incoming customer complaints to the designated department
  • Utilise Microsoft Office Suite applications and other CRMs to support the team
  • Provide general administration duties as required
  • Undertake a range of records management activities in accordance with policies


About you

  • Previous experience working as a call centre operator or administrator
  • Excellent Stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and in a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and appropriate judgement of difficult situations
  • Proven ability to adapt in situations that lack clarity and work to resolve hurdles.
