About the role:

You will be working closely with the Continuous Improvement team manger to formulate new requests into high level functional and non-functional requirement

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand new emerging business needs, gather information and analyse requirements
• Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of existing business operations to establish a base for developing improved structures, processes and improved solution
• Work with relevant stakeholders to develop an understanding of current/future state and develop requirements that accurately reflects stated issues within agreed policies, standards and architectures
• Produce BA deliverables (requirements definition for changes to existing system and reporting requirements) and work closely with data analyst to implement solutions to resolve issues in current processes
• Collaborating with program team to identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend system modifications accordingly
• Develop appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the newly defined business process.

To be successful for the role, you must have:

• Strong background as a business analyst
• Experience with documenting processes and solutions
• Experience with transforming and streamlining user experience
• Proficient with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Modelling and BPMN experience
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment on numerous projects
• Government experience highly regarded
