Seeking a Business Analyst to join this reputable global firm, where you will have a flexible workplace to enjoy, and be a part of a close knit and collaborative team of professionals. Joining the digital workplace program, this great new role, will elicit requirements across their organisation, to obtain key information from an array of SMEs, that will contribute to the success of the project.
The focus of the program is delivering of the digital workplace that enables this organisation to continuously evolve and adapt to rapid changes in the market, client expectations, future workforce models and the need for faster insights.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Running workshops across various business units to elicit requirements (BRDs), conduct research and pain points, and mapping of As-Is/To-Be process maps and models
Document business cases for investment in change
Requirements analysis and documenting business and functional requirements fulfilled by existing or proposed solutions
Solution validation by evaluating potential solutions to ensure they meet the identified business and functional requirements, including cost/benefit analysis and feasibility reports
Supporting the project team during the implementation of solutions including user testing and training
Technically savvy, and confident in working digitally, you must demonstrate the following key skills & experience:
Proven BA experience, with skills in running process improvement and requirements gathering workshops with small and large audiences face to face or virtually
Agile experience, including strong digital experience, including awareness of customer experience journey mapping methodology
Experienced in working on business change projects (including both technology and process improvement) large scale change impact, both cultural/behavioural and technology related
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude with excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and management skills especially with senior stakeholders
