Business Analyst

Role Summary:

• Seeking a business oriented Business Analyst with solid experience in HR and finance processes improvements with excellent communication skills and detail oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing existing HR and finance processes, make recommendations of the systems and processes that will require implementations.
• Facilitate and promote strategic alignment of core business processes and corresponding data
• Identify opportunities for improvement
• Identify, plan and facilitate workshops with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

Skills Required:

• Problem solving skills
• BA will need to be business orientated.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and detail oriented.
• BA with solid communication skills that can interact well with stakeholders and recommend solutions of how to improve the processes within HR and finance.
