About this role

You will join the Experis team based in Melbourne reporting to the Contracts Administrator, you will be accountable for the coordination of internal & external operational activity that directly impacts the Experis brand, particularly as it relates to the Contractor Care experience. The role will also support brand and CSR activity that positions the Experis brand profile with clients and candidates.

  • Administration, renewal, and negotiation of associates contracting or casual agreements
  • Producing and coordinating paperwork associated with contracts, associate matters and adhoc project related activities
  • Point of contact to resolve associate related matters regarding contracts, pay, or any other matters
  • Management of contractor's preplacement experience and on-boarding activities
  • Undertake corporate social responsibility activities where relevant
  • Managing all vendor management system administration
  • Coordinate site safety visits for between consultant and clients
  • Assist the contract administrator in updating and reviewing compliance reporting and forecasting
  • Act as the main point of contact for CRM, System Support and enquires
  • Support in the coordination of any relevant branch networking activities
  • Assist in processing travel arrangements & expense claims for Directors
  • Job posting administration on relevant job boards ensuring relevant governance is followed

About you

  • Prior experience in a client/office support role or customer service retail role
  • Excellent communications both written and verbal
  • Strong computer literacy and skills, with experience in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM's and Invoicing Systems.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • A high sense of confidentiality and discretion
